EVERY MISSING PERSON HAS A STORY.

In her small town, seventeen-year-old Delia “Dee” Skinner is known as the girl who wasn’t taken. Ten years ago she witnessed the abduction of her best friend, Sibby. And though she told the police everything she remembered, it wasn’t enough. Sibby was never seen again.

When another little girl in town goes missing and the case is linked to Sibby’s disappearance, Dee has a chance to get answers with the help of her virtual detectives and the intriguing new girl at school. But how much of her own story is she willing to reveal in order to uncover the truth?

Review

Rating: 🎧🎧🎧🎧🎧

I started to listening to podcast this year and I am loving them but I am looking for some true crime podcast and this book has made go on a search to find them. Honestly, I couldn’t out this book down, I had to because I had to wake up for work at 5 am but it was really good. The mystery of the story is done good, it kept you wondering what was going on and if the new case of disappearing of a little girl was connected to disappears of Sibby.

The development of the main character Dee and new girl in town Sarah was nice to see in the book, especially when you can tell they really cared for each other and Dee can be herself with Sarah.

The mystery and how it ended up wasn’t what I had thought would happened, it was definitely unexpected but it work perfectly with the story and I thought having a podcast part of the story was awesome. I hope that they end up doing the audiobook for this book because it would be awesome to hear like an actually podcast.

If you like mystery/true crimes and podcast, I would definitely recommend this book for you to read. I am going to look into more of Tom Ryan’s books, I really like his writing style and how the story came together.
